ANTONIO BARBADILLO
 
Antonio Barbadillo is the largest producer of Manzanilla and this is a very special example.

EXTRA DRY
 
This Manzanilla has a bright pale straw colour, a delicate palate and a tangy finish.
 
ARGÜESO
 
Light on the palate, golden straw colour, and made from the Palomino grape variety.
 
LA GITANA
 
A very popular Manzanilla made by Vinícola Hidalgo, which some consider to be the best of them all.
 
LUSTAU
 
The House of Lustau owns a large stock of rare sherries, some of them very old. This Manzanilla is light, bone dry and is excellent with ibérico ham.
 
EL ROCÍO
 
Produced by González Byass from the Palomino grape variety, this has a golden straw colour, a delicate palate, with an aroma of the Atlantic ocean.
 
SOLEAR
 
One of the most well-known of Antonio Barbadillo's Manzanillas. It is made from the Listán grape variety and is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light exotic dishes and seafood.
