This is a fine example of a Bullas reserva wine which has been made from 100% Monastrell grapes from Bodegas del Rosario in Bullas. This wine was bought in Spain but if you see it in England for under a fiver then it's worth a go. It has been kept in the cellar for 12 months and then in the cask for a further 18 months. Afterwards it is bottled for 6-12 months before being put on the market.

From Bodegas del Rosario this wine is a mixture of 80% Monastrell and 20% Shiraz. It has been stored in American casks for at least 12 months and then a further 6-12 months in the bottle.
