Sant Sardurní
d'Anoia. The second of the great Cava houses of Catalonia. Its best
wines are the Reserva Real, the very dry and
light Brut
Nature 1990 and the popular Cordón Negro.

JANÉ VENTURA |
From El Vendrell in the
province of Tarragona. Well-known for its still wines, this firm also
produces good extra brut, brut
and rosé
cavas from the traditional Xarel-lo and Parellada-Macabeo
blend.

This is also from Sant
Sadurní d'Anoia. The most delicate of Segura Viuda's wines
are dry, light and fresh and among the best of all Spanish Cavas.
